We currently do not have a minimum order limit and you receive sms and email updates - first to indicate an order has been placed, then when your items are being processed before or during the period of the selected delivery slot and then when the final invoice is forwarded. We offer the following payment methods on our platform:
We have set up the Bank of Maldives Payment Gateway. Bank of Maldives Credit/Debit cards, along with Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express cards can be used online in this option. The currency of transactions is MVR and payment/transaction must be settled upon order if this options is selected.
We have integrated Oooredoo M-Faisaa Payments and any customers with registered M-Faisaa Wallets can use it to pay for goods on our platform.
We have partnered with Dhiraagu to use Dhiraagu Pay. You would need to have a Dhiraagu Pay Wallet set up prior to ordering with sufficient balance and payment/transaction would be settled upon order for this option.
Card/POS on Delivery
When this option is selected, our delivery person would carry the POS to your residence with the ordered goods/items and you can use your local Bank of Maldives Debit or Credit card or Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or American Express card to make payment.
Bank of Maldives Internet Banking Transfer
Payment can be made via this option, upon order, by transferring and attaching the receipt at the indicated section at the payments page or by forwarding the receipt via Facebook Messenger or Viber/Telegram/Whatsapp to +9607985959
Cash On Delivery
Customers can pay cash upon delivery but it would be most convenient for us when the amount of change required is indicated at the 'Special Instructions' tab at checkout.
Delivery of Ordered Items
We offer very flexible delivery hours from 9am to 10pm and you receive a live/real time delivery tracking link via sms and email, to view the travel path of our delivery person live on an online map. We'd like to note that this is the first time this feature is used in the Maldives. Free Delivery is currently available in the Male' and Hulhumale' area and we can even drop it at a jetty or ferry/boat of your choice but if a third party courier, airline or ferry service is involved, customers would need to reimburse those charges for us.

1pm to 2pm
2pm to 3.30pm
4pm to 5.30pm
5.30pm to 7pm
7pm to 8.30pm
8.30pm to 10pm
We currently do not have any limits per slot for orders but customers may face delays if we are under heavy load, bad weather or if we face difficulty attaining certain items from our suppliers. Also, some orders that have a significantly large number of items and value may be delayed by 24 hours but we will be communicating this with the customer beforehand.
